Toro, born in Vancouver, BC, Canada, is a self-taught artist and published author. A descendant of successful artisans throughout Canada, Europe and the USA, Marjorie has been developing mixed media for over thirty years. She has taught individuals, small and large groups; has had consignments through professional foundations, created corporate marketing material, music cd cover designs and layouts, website designs (including this one), participates in art competitions, donations of her work has benefited others in fund raising efforts and she continues to be inspired to create new projects through her artwork. Marjorie maintains a high level of enthusiasm, genuine interests and strives for continued success whenever challenged with new project ideas whether it be an art project or otherwise.
